• 100% Customer Satisfaction is our most important goal – all of our products are completely guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason please contact us. All items may be returned for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in circumstances when the return is due to our error.
• If you need to return an Item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization
• All Returns must be initiated within 15 Days of Receipt
• Items must be returned in their original package or certified holder. Coins removed from the certified holder cannot be returned.
• All special order item sales are final.
• A return authorization code must be obtained for any item a client wishes to return. Please contact your account adviser for details.
• All items slabbed by PCGS, NGC, ICG, or ANACS are protected by a three day inspection period. These pieces are traded daily on an open exchange and prices are subject to market demands. After three days all sales are final.
